We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Trainer with 5+ years of professional industry experience to deliver high-quality training on the ServiceNow platform. The trainer will be responsible for conducting practical and theoretical training sessions and helping learners develop strong hands-on skills in ServiceNow.
The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, Workflows, and ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
The role involves preparing training materials, conducting live training sessions, providing hands-on demonstrations, creating real-world project scenarios, assigning practical exercises, resolving learners' technical queries, and guiding students through ServiceNow development concepts and best practices.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, strong technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner. ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹700.00 - ₹3,000.00 per hour
