At Trivotours, we believe great travel starts with great conversations. We're looking for a Travel Sales Consultant who genuinely enjoys helping people plan unforgettable trips. If you love talking to people, understanding their travel dreams, and turning them into amazing itineraries, we'd love to meet you.
You'll work with customers from their first inquiry to their final booking, helping them choose the perfect destinations, hotels, experiences, and travel plans. Your role is not just to sell packages but to create memorable journeys that customers will recommend to friends and family.
What You'll Do
- Connect with customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand their travel preferences, budget, and expectations.
- Design personalized domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Present travel packages confidently and help customers make the right choice.
- Recommend upgrades and additional experiences that enhance their trip.
- Coordinate with our operations team and travel partners to ensure smooth bookings.
- Keep customer information updated in our CRM and follow up after their trip to gather feedback and build long-term relationships.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, travel, hospitality, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for travel and a good understanding of popular destinations.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-growing startup.
