We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Head of Alliances & Channel Partnerships to build and scale high-impact partnerships across banks, NBFCs, fintechs, system integrators, cloud ecosystems, consulting firms, and technology platforms.
This role will be responsible for driving ecosystem-led growth, building strategic GTM partnerships, and creating new revenue channels for the organization.

Define and execute the company’s alliances and channel partnership strategy

Identify, onboard, and grow strategic partnerships across fintech, banking, SaaS, and enterprise ecosystems

Build joint go-to-market initiatives with partners including co-selling, co-marketing, and solution integration programs

Develop relationships with CXO stakeholders across partner organizations

Create scalable partner enablement frameworks, incentive models, and revenue plans

Drive pipeline generation and revenue contribution through alliance channels

Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solution Engineering teams

Negotiate commercial agreements, strategic collaborations, and partnership structures

Track alliance performance metrics and optimize partner productivity

15 +years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or channel sales

Strong network across banking, NBFCs, fintechs, SaaS, or enterprise technology ecosystems

Experience working with strategic technology or consulting partners

Demonstrated success in building revenue-generating partnerships

Strong commercial negotiation and executive stakeholder management skills
