Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary and result-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with 20–25 years of senior leadership experience to lead the company's strategic growth, operational excellence, and business expansion. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing large organizations, driving profitability, building high-performing teams, and developing long-term business strategies, preferably within the education, skill development, staffing, IT services, consulting, or government project sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's long-term vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
- Drive business growth through new market expansion, partnerships, and revenue generation.
- Lead all business operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.
- Build strong relationships with government departments, corporate clients, educational institutions, and strategic partners.
- Oversee execution of government-funded skill development and employment generation projects.
- Identify new business opportunities, tenders, and strategic alliances.
- Establish performance-driven systems and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments.
- Lead senior management in achieving operational and financial targets.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Drive innovation, digital transformation, and process improvement across the organization.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and government forums.
- Mentor and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Additional executive leadership or management certifications will be an advantage.
Experience
- 20–25 years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 20 years in senior leadership roles such as CEO, COO, Director, Business Head, Vice President, or General Manager.
- Proven experience managing organizations with multiple business verticals and large teams.
- Experience in skill development, education, staffing, HR services, IT, consulting, or government projects is highly preferred.
- Strong exposure to business strategy, P&L management, and organisational transformation.
