- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle ADF.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing user interface components using Oracle Application Development Framework.
- Ability to work with Java and related technologies to build robust backend services.
- Familiarity with integrating Oracle ADF applications with databases and web services.
- Experience in applying agile development practices and continuous integration techniques.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance within Oracle ADF environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle ADF.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
