Qualifications DMLT / B.Sc MLT Freshers and experienced candidates may apply Good communication and patient handling skills Responsibilities Blood sample collection (Phlebotomy) Sample processing and preparation Performing routine laboratory tests Operating hematology and biochemistry analyzers Urine and other routine laboratory examinations Maintaining laboratory records and reports Ensuring cleanliness and safety in the laboratory Following quality control procedures and SOPs Assisting in home sample collection when required Requirements Basic computer knowledge Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsible, punctual, and patient-friendly attitude Salary Salary negotiable based on qualification and experience Work Schedule Full-time
