About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Product Management Instructor to conduct engaging weekend training sessions for aspiring product managers. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry experience and hands-on expertise in modern product management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive and practical Product Management sessions on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Train students on product lifecycle, product strategy, market research, customer discovery, roadmap planning, and product execution.
- Conduct hands-on workshops, case studies, and live projects.
- Guide learners in solving real-world product management problems.
- Provide mentorship, doubt-solving sessions, and career guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of Product Management fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Agile Methodology
- Scrum Framework
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Product Strategy & Roadmapping
- User Research & Customer Discovery
- Product Analytics & Metrics
- MVP Planning & Prioritization Frameworks
- Proficiency in industry tools such as:
- Figma
- Jira
- Confluence
- Trello
- Notion
- Miro
- Google Analytics or Mixpanel (preferred)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Product Consulting.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience is preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments is an added advantage.
Compensation
- ₹800–₹1,000 per session (based on experience and expertise).
