Cluster Manager – Dialysis Operations
Location: India Gujarat (Travel across assigned cluster)
Function: Operations
Span of Control: ~10 Dialysis Centers
About the Role
Responsible for the end-to-end operational, financial, and quality performance of approximately 10 dialysis centers, with full accountability for cluster P&L, operational excellence, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
P&L Ownership
Own cluster P&L and deliver revenue, EBITDA, and profitability targets.
Drive occupancy, machine utilization, and sessions per machine.
Control manpower, consumables, and operating costs.
Review financial performance and execute turnaround plans.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and business reviews.
Improve billing, collections, inventory, and working capital.
Operations
Lead day-to-day operations across all centers.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards.
Drive productivity and continuous improvement.
Support new center commissioning and stabilization.
Quality & Governance
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and infection control.
Support audits, accreditation, and CAPA.
Partner with Medical Affairs on quality improvement.
People Leadership
Coach Center Managers and operational teams.
Drive performance management, manpower planning, and retention.
Stakeholder Management
Manage hospital relationships.
Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, Projects, and Business Development.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Hospital Administration, Nursing, Life Sciences, or Allied Health.
MBA/MHA preferred.
Experience
8–10 years of experience in healthcare operations.
Minimum 3 years managing multiple dialysis centers or equivalent.
Dialysis operations experience strongly preferred.
