Job Title: ERP Implementation & Consulting Team Lead
Job Location: First Floor, Thillai Sivam Complex, 26/1, Gokhale Rd,
Chinna Chokikulam, Madurai- 625002
Job Responsibilities
· Lead and manage a team of operations executives
· Assign work, monitor progress, and ensure quality delivery
· Handle ERP implementation projects from start to finish
· Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements
· Prepare implementation plans and track project status
· Share weekly project updates with management
· Handle client issues and escalations professionally
· Train and support new team members
· Coordinate with consultants and technical teams for smooth implementation
· Visit client locations when required
Required Skills & Experience
· Minimum 5 years experience in ERP/CRM implementation or business consulting
· Experience working with Zoho, Odoo, or SAP ERP systems
· Strong client handling and communication skills in Tamil and English
· Team handling experience is mandatory
· Experience working with SME clients such as manufacturing, logistics, trading, or construction companies
· Willing to work on-site in Madurai and travel for client meetings
Preferred Qualifications
· Zoho or Odoo Certification
· Experience in Zoho/Odoo partner companies
· Knowledge of construction industry operations
· Understanding of consulting methodologies
· Experience handling multi-location clients
· B.E., B.Tech, or MBA is an added advantage
· Experience helping businesses move to digital systems
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
