To support our expanding marketing and creative team, we are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Content Marketing Executive to create engaging, high-quality content across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, research and technical skills, a clear understanding of audience-focused content and a passion for storytelling. This role is ideal for individuals eager to grow their expertise in SEO, AEO, GEO driven content marketing, especially within the SaaS and software product space. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design and developer teams to ensure that all content aligns with our brand voice, messaging and campaign objectives.
Experience, Qualifications & Skills:
- Required Experience: 1–3 years of content writing and digital marketing experience, preferably in the IT/SaaS domain.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
- Content Writing: Creative content writing, Blog writing, website content, social media copy, email content, long-form and short-form writing.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Technical Understanding: Ability to understand IT concepts and willingness to upskill in the tech domain.
- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research and content optimization techniques.
- Research Skills: Strong research capabilities with the ability to write on technical and non-technical topics.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work independently.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), Knowledge of Performance Tracking & Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console), marketing automation tools, Keyword Research Tools (Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, SEMrush), SEO & Competitive Analysis Tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz Pro), Content Optimization Tools (Yoast SEO, Surfer SEO).
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- Experience writing for SaaS, IT solutions or software products.
- Ability to create both short-form and long-form content across diverse formats.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles or visual content tools (e.g., Canva, Figma).
- Proactive, organized and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for storytelling and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality written content including blogs, website copy, landing pages, newsletters, social media posts and marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop clear, engaging and user-focused content for SaaS products, tutorials and promotional campaigns.
- Generate new content ideas aligned with industry trends, audience needs and marketing goals.
- Use analytics tools to measure content performance, identify improvement areas and optimize future content strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, product and developer teams to understand content requirements and project goals.
- Conduct research to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for diverse audiences.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy and brand alignment.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility, reach and organic traffic.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assigned content.
- Stay updated with industry trends, content best practices and emerging formats to continuously improve content quality.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance campaign impact.
