What you’ll do
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure the reception area and entire office premises are clean, organized, and well-maintained, with adequate stationery and materials available
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes if required
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Keep updated records of office activities and data
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Requirements
- Experience - 6 Months - 1 Year
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English (both spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Ability to handle calls and visitors efficiently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Punctual, responsible, and multitasking ability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
