Job Summary
Maa Harsiddhi Infra Dev Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Legal Head to lead the company's legal function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all legal matters, ensuring statutory compliance, handling litigation, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and providing strategic legal advice to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company's legal department.
- Handle all ongoing civil, criminal, labor, commercial, and corporate legal cases.
- Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, and government authorities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, notices, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable corporate, labor, industrial, environmental, and commercial laws.
- Monitor and manage statutory and regulatory compliance across all business units.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings and coordinate court appearances through advocates.
- Handle legal notices, consumer complaints, disputes, and arbitration matters.
- Provide legal opinions and risk assessments to senior management.
- Support land acquisition, property verification, title due diligence, registration, and documentation.
- Ensure timely filing of legal documents, responses, and compliance reports.
- Develop legal policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks for the organization.
- Maintain records of all litigation, contracts, and legal documentation. Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in corporate legal affairs.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian corporate and commercial laws.
- Expertise in contract drafting and legal documentation.
- Excellent litigation and dispute management skills.
- Sound understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation.
Preferred Candidate Profile

- Excellent coordination with internal departments and external legal professionals.
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, real estate, manufacturing, or corporate sectors will be preferred.
- Proven experience in litigation management, legal compliance, contract management, and corporate advisory.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
