We work with multiple D2C and lead-generation brands across industries to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and online visibility.
We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Executive who can independently manage and scale paid campaigns across platforms while driving measurable growth for D2C and lead generation clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for D2C and lead generation brands across multiple digital platforms.
2. Independently manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat and other relevant advertising platforms.
3. Plan and execute campaigns focused on:
Website purchases and revenue generation
Lead generation
Traffic and awareness
Conversion optimization
Engagement
Remarketing and retention campaigns
4. Scale D2C campaigns while maintaining target ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA and overall profitability.
5. Analyze customer journeys, sales funnels, and campaign performance data to improve conversions and customer acquisition.
6. Create and optimize audience targeting strategies including lookalike audiences, retargeting audiences, interest-based targeting and funnel-based audience segmentation.
7. Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, copies, hooks and conversion-focused campaigns.
8. Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations to improve results and reduce acquisition costs.
9. Manage advertising budgets efficiently across multiple client accounts and ensure maximum ROI.
10. Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, event tracking and other performance tracking tools.
11. Create detailed campaign performance reports, insights and growth recommendations for clients and internal teams.
12. Conduct regular client review meetings to present campaign performance, sales insights, lead quality analysis and future scaling strategies.
13. Identify new growth opportunities, media buying strategies, ad formats and emerging platforms to improve campaign performance.
14. Coordinate with website and landing page teams to improve conversion rates and overall user experience.
15. Maintain campaign trackers, reporting sheets and performance dashboards for all client accounts.
16. Stay updated with the latest trends, platform algorithm updates, D2C growth strategies and digital advertising best practices.
Requirements
2 – 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in a D2C marketing agency or digital marketing agency.
Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
Proven experience in handling D2C e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion funnels, and scaling strategies.
Experience with Shopify/e-commerce marketing and conversion-focused campaign execution is preferred.
Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking integrations is mandatory.
Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights for performance improvement.
Strong communication and client management skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
Understanding of customer acquisition, retention marketing, and funnel optimization strategies.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with D2C brands across beauty, fashion, wellness, food, lifestyle, healthcare or consumer products.
Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO strategies.
Familiarity with automation tools, CRM integrations and reporting dashboards.
Understanding of WhatsApp marketing, email marketing and retention strategies is an added advantage.
