Applications are invited for the positions of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in the Department of Management for MBA/BBA and allied management programs.
Position 1: Assistant Professor – Management Essential Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM with First Class or equivalent in the relevant specialization.
- Ph.D. preferred as per AICTE/UGC guidelines. OR UGC net qualified
- Prior teaching, research, corporate, or industry experience of minimum 3 years.
- Strong communication, presentation, and student engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, case discussions, and practical sessions effectively.

- Guide students in projects, internships, business simulations, and research activities.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic administration.
- Contribute to research publications, conferences, FDPs, and consultancy activities.
- Support placement activities, industry interaction programs, and student development initiatives.
- Participate in institutional quality assurance and accreditation activities.
