Senior Client Acquisition Executive
Experience: 2-5 Years
We are seeking a results-driven professional to build and manage relationships with corporate clients, hiring partners, and industry stakeholders. The role focuses on client acquisition, business development, employer engagement, and recruitment partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and client meetings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and hiring partners.
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements and MoUs.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, hiring events, and placement activities.
- Achieve client acquisition and employer onboarding targets.
- Maintain MIS reports and track recruitment metrics.
