Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have good knowledge of 4-wheeler automobiles and vehicle servicing.
- Ability to understand customer concerns and coordinate with the workshop team.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Valid 4-Wheeler Driving License (Mandatory).
- Prior experience in an automobile workshop/service center will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and understand vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain service recommendations.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion.
- Update customers regarding repair status and delivery timelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service records.
