Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to generate new business opportunities, qualify leads, and support the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings to understand their business needs and promote the company's products or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and inbound inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation as required.
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to maximize conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and company offerings.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, lead generation, or business development (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales or SaaS/IT sales.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and lead qualification techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
