Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Faculty – BBA Logistics to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching commerce, economics, and research-related subjects to BBA Logistics students, preparing academic content, conducting assessments, and providing academic guidance and mentoring.
Subjects to Be Handled
The selected faculty will be responsible for teaching:
- Accounting for Business – Fundamentals of accounting, preparation and interpretation of financial statements, accounting principles, financial analysis, and accounting applications in business.
- Business Regulatory Framework – Business laws and regulations, legal framework for businesses, contracts, corporate regulations, consumer protection, and other relevant business legislation.
- Macroeconomics – National income, inflation, unemployment, economic growth, monetary and fiscal policies, business cycles, and their impact on businesses and industries.
- Research Methodology – Research concepts and processes, research design, data collection methods, sampling, data analysis, report writing, and academic research techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective classroom sessions for BBA Logistics students.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Explain concepts using practical business examples and industry-related case studies.
- Conduct internal assessments, examinations, presentations, and other academic activities.
- Guide students in academic projects, research assignments, and presentations.
- Monitor student attendance, academic performance, and overall progress.
- Provide academic mentoring and support to students.
- Maintain accurate academic records and documentation.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, seminars, and institutional activities.
- Stay updated with developments in accounting, economics, business regulations, and research practices.
- Support students in developing analytical, research, and professional skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- M.Com qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching/faculty experience.
- Experience teaching BBA, B.Com, Logistics, Commerce, or related programs will be preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge in Accounting, Business Law/Regulatory Framework, Macroeconomics, and Research Methodology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good classroom management and student-handling abilities.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
