Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, assist patients with appointments, maintain records, and ensure smooth day-to-day clinic administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up calls.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and update clinic databases accurately.
- Handle billing, receipts, and basic cash management.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Manage front-desk inventory and administrative supplies.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist in patient registration and documentation processes.
- Support clinic marketing activities such as patient feedback collection and follow-up communication.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service representative is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle patient information with confidentiality.
Working Hours
- Full-time position
- Clinic working hours as per management schedule
