About the Role
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage online marketing efforts for a home décor & lifestyle e-commerce brand. You will be responsible for running paid campaigns, managing social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving customer engagement across digital platforms.
Technical Skills Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing for an e-commerce or retail brand
- Running and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Social Media Marketing & Management (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)
- Content writing and creation for product listings, social posts, and campaigns
- Email marketing campaign planning and execution (newsletters, promotions, abandoned cart flows)
- Competitor and market analysis
- Performance tracking and reporting (CTR, ROAS, engagement, conversions)
- Basic knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute regular online marketing campaigns across paid social, email, and other digital channels
- Manage and grow the brand's social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest with engaging, on-brand content
- Create and manage seasonal/promotional campaigns (BOGO offers, holiday collections, sales events)
- Write compelling product descriptions and marketing copy in excellent written English
- Track and monitor web analytics (Google Analytics/GA4), monitor key performance metrics, and coordinate with the team to optimize results
- Collaborate with design and product teams to align marketing content with new launches and seasonal themes
- Manage email marketing campaigns to drive customer retention and repeat purchases
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, e-commerce marketing, and paid advertising best practices
- Engage with the online community — respond to comments, DMs, and reviews to build brand loyalty
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising
- Creative mindset with an eye for lifestyle/home décor aesthetics
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience with e-commerce brands preferred
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
