Position: Logistics & Infrastructure In-ChargeJob Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Infrastructure In-Charge to oversee logistics operations, procurement activities, inventory management, and infrastructure maintenance. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient movement of materials, maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate purchasing activities, and support operational requirements across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end material shipment processes and ensure accurate data entry in inventory and logistics systems.
- Coordinate the procurement of materials based on project requirements and stock levels.
- Source and purchase tools, machinery, and equipment required for operational activities.
- Manage the procurement of office supplies, stationery, and other administrative consumables.
- Monitor and coordinate the maintenance, servicing, and upkeep of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
- Process and maintain accurate records of material returns and stock adjustments.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain inventory records and prepare periodic stock, procurement, and logistics reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill material and resource requirements in a timely manner.
- Handle logistics-related documentation, purchase records, invoices, delivery notes, and other office paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, and safety standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics, inventory, and procurement processes for greater efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Certification or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, procurement, warehouse, or inventory management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and procurement processes.
- Experience with warehouse operations and stock management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/Inventory Management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and vendors.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
