HR Lead – People, Culture & Business Partnering
Coimbatore | 5–8+ yrs exp (min 2 yrs in senior/lead role)
Key responsibilities:
● Partnering with leadership on org goals and people strategy.
● Lead Organizational dev initiatives, culture-building, and change management.
● Own end-to-end employee lifecycle – onboarding, career dev, engagement, exit
● Drive performance management cycles effectively.
● Manage employee relations and grievances
● Own HR MIS, dashboards and analytics
● Manpower planning, lateral and leadership hiring support
● Design and implement HR policies, ensure statutory/labour law compliance
Must-have:
● Hands on Experience in Strategy building and Performance Management.
● Strong grounding in HR operations & employee relations.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
