Key Responsibilities
- Site Execution & Monitoring: Oversee daily activities including modular installation, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and flooring to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate Trades & Vendors: Manage subcontractors, workers, and site personnel, ensuring productive labor allocation and resolving on-site conflicts.
- Quality Control & Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets project quality standards and immediately rectify any defects.
- Material Management: Handle material planning, tracking site inventory, receiving deliveries, and managing wastage.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare daily or weekly progress reports (DPR) for Project Managers and clients, providing updates on project status.
- Safety & Discipline: Maintain site safety practices, ensuring all workers wear safety equipment and follow safety rules and regulations.
- Drawings Interpretation: Interpret technical drawings and verify site measurements against design plans to prevent execution errors
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
