Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day dental laboratory operations.
- Coordinate with dentists and clinical teams regarding case requirements.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained for all dental prostheses.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and timely case completion.
- Manage laboratory staff, work allocation, and performance.
- Maintain inventory of lab materials and equipment.
- Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Follow infection control, safety, and quality protocols.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Dental Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a dental laboratory, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
