HR Manager – Manufacturing Plant
Responsibilities:
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR) and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and Factory Act.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, and manpower planning.
- Handle contractor workforce management and employee grievances.
- Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Coordinate with production and other plant departments.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and statutory compliance.
Requirements:
- MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or Industrial Relations.
- Minimum 5 years of Plant HR experience in a manufacturing company.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in contractor management and payroll coordination.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS.
