As Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Planning & Control within the Farm Division at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of inventory to ensure seamless raw material and component flow to manufacturing operations. Maintaining agreed inventory levels by closely monitoring stock to prevent shortages or excess, and facilitating smooth production workflows.

Leading efforts in loss prevention by designing and overseeing rigorous stock control measures ensuring minimal wastage and pilferage.

Managing and guiding the day-to-day activities of the Material Logistics and Inventory (MLL) team, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture.
