Job Summary:
The QA Chemist is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance in the organics plant by conducting quality checks, maintaining documentation, and monitoring production processes as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
- Monitor production activities as per quality standards and SOPs
- Maintain QA documentation, records, and reports
- Conduct sampling and testing activities
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality procedures
- Identify deviations and report non-conformities
- Coordinate with production and QC departments for quality improvements
- Participate in audits and inspections
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of laboratory instruments and materials
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of QA processes and quality standards
- Basic understanding of organic products / chemical processes
- Good documentation and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, ERP)
Qualification:
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience:
- 1–4 years in QA department in manufacturing / organics / chemical plant
- Freshers with relevant qualification can also apply
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
