Looking for a detail-oriented individual to help maintain accurate inventory and production records within our manufacturing operations.
The role involves working with our ERP system, maintaining organized records, and coordinating with factory staff to ensure information is accurately captured and updated. Training will be provided.
This role is primarily computer-based but may occasionally require coordination with factory supervisors and verification of inventory or production records on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain inventory and production-related data in the ERP system
- Keep records organized, accurate, and up to date
- Coordinate with factory staff to collect and verify information
- Identify missing or inconsistent records and follow up when required
- Assist in creating and updating item, inventory, and manufacturing data
- Generate basic reports and summaries when needed
- Help ensure that inventory and production activities are properly recorded in the system
Desired Candidate
- Comfortable using computers and spreadsheets
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized and disciplined in record-keeping
- Quick learner with good logical thinking
- Comfortable interacting with factory staff when required
- Freshers and candidates with administrative, computer operator, back-office, inventory, or data-entry experience are welcome
Training on ERP software and company processes will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
