Senior Advisor, E-Business
The Senior Programmatic Manager leads the strategic execution, optimization, and performance of programmatic campaigns across multiple trading platforms, ensuring delivery against regional and client objectives. This role owns the full campaign lifecycle—from strategy and setup to pacing and in-platform optimization—across formats such as display, video, native, CTV, rich media, and emerging channels. Leveraging advanced programmatic expertise, the Senior Manager applies sophisticated bidding, targeting, inventory selection, measurement, and testing approaches to drive results and uncover new performance opportunities. As a subject matter expert, they work closely with cross-functional teams and platform partners to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader marketing goals and executed with precision.

You will:
Execute, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns end-to-end across DSPs, ensuring delivery against performance goals and KPIs.
Maintain strong operational rigor across campaign setup, QA, pacing, and reporting, ensuring accuracy, governance, and efficiency.
Partner with analytics teams to interpret performance data, deliver timely reporting, and drive actionable optimization insights.
Mentor and support Programmatic Managers and Associates while contributing to onboarding, training, and capability development across the team.
Drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices, industry trends, and platform updates while fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.

8+ years of experience managing programmatic campaigns.

Strong DSP experience and understanding of optimization levers.
