Job Summary
Structcore Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our VDC team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for building and infrastructure projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, Bentley MicroStation, or similar BIM software.
- Create BIM models based on project drawings, specifications, and engineering data.
- Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and civil engineers to identify and resolve design clashes.
- Generate 2D drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction documentation from BIM models.
- Update models to reflect design revisions and as-built conditions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Extract quantities and project data for estimation, procurement, and scheduling.
- Review BIM models to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Support team members by sharing BIM best practices when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Bentley MicroStation, or equivalent BIM software.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and BIM workflows.
- Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and construction documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Familiarity with quantity take-offs and construction documentation.
- Experience working on building or infrastructure projects.
