Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling modules within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in application design and configuration tailored to financial processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of financial modules with other business applications.
- Competence in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
