What You'll Create
You'll lead the design journey from concept to construction, crafting homes that are functional, beautiful, and future-ready.
Your work will include:
- Designing innovative floor plans and residential layouts.
- Developing architectural concepts and detailed design solutions.
- Creating high-quality 2D and 3D models.
- Building BIM models in Revit up to LOD 350.
- Delivering immersive design experiences through AR/VR visualization.
- Collaborating with clients, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
- Transforming ideas into homes that families will cherish for generations.
The Architect We're Looking For
You are someone who:
- Has 10 - 12 years of architectural design experience.
- Thinks creatively while designing practical, buildable solutions.
- Is highly proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (LOD 350).
- Enjoys leveraging technology to improve design outcomes.
- Can confidently present ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Takes ownership of projects from concept through execution.
