Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, chat, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, offers, and company policies.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet customer satisfaction, response time, and service quality targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
