- Understanding Client Requirements
- Collect job descriptions from client companies.
- Understand required skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Candidate Sourcing
- Search resumes on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Use social media and employee referrals to find candidates.
- Screening Candidates
- Review resumes.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews.
- Assess communication skills and job fit.
- Scheduling Interviews
- Coordinate interview dates and times between candidates and clients.
- Share interview details and follow up.
- Candidate Follow-up
- Keep candidates informed about interview status.
- Collect feedback after interviews.
- Offer Management
- Communicate job offers.
- Negotiate salary (if required).
- Assist candidates through the joining process.
- Maintaining Records
- Team Handling
- Update candidate databases.
- Track interview progress and placements.
- Prepare recruitment reports.
