Job Summary
Quick Secure India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives / Field Sales Managers to expand our distributor network and promote our products in the market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and marketing skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and business partners.
Promote the company's products through field marketing activities.
Generate new business opportunities and expand market reach.
Conduct market surveys and analyze competitor activities.
Achieve monthly sales and distributor acquisition targets.
Prepare daily field visit reports and submit updates to the management.
Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
2–8 years of experience in field sales, distributor handling, or marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Must be willing to travel within the located ares as well as outside for business purposes.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, smartphones, and reporting applications.
