Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software Engineer who can take ownership of projects and lead a team effectively. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, solid hands-on development experience, and a deep understanding of system architecture. This role requires the ability to manage and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring timely and highquality delivery.
Design and implement scalable system architectures and software solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop, test, and deploy robust applications and services.
Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
3–6 years of experience in software development.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proven experience in designing scalable system architectures.
Experience in managing or leading technical teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Technical Skills
Strong programming skills in Python, C++, PyQT
Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI or Node.js
Frontend experience using React.js
Proficiency in JavaScript
Experience with databases: PostgreSQL / MongoDB
Knowledge of spatial data / geospatial data processing
Hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) for deployment and scaling
Experience with APIs, microservices architecture, and system integration Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices
Familiarity with distributed systems and performance optimization
