Job Role
We are looking for a creative Video Editor Intern to assist in editing engaging video content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual content and support post-production activities while ensuring brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in editing video content for social media, marketing campaigns, brand films, and creative projects
- Support the video team in creating engaging visual stories through effective cuts, transitions, pacing, and composition
- Transform raw footage into polished, high-quality videos while maintaining brand guidelines and creative direction
- Create basic motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, and visual effects as required
- Assist with sound editing, music selection, audio synchronization, and overall video enhancement
- Organize and manage video assets, footage, project files, and editing workflows efficiently
- Research industry trends, references, and emerging editing styles to enhance creative output
Required Skills
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory), Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
- Understanding of video composition, storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt to new editing techniques
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a creative team
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation
- Understanding of social media content formats and trends
- Interest in filmmaking, visual storytelling, and creative production
