The Business Development Executive will be responsible for supporting business expansion initiatives through market intelligence, trade data analysis, lead generation, and operational coordination. The role involves identifying opportunities across international markets, maintaining business pipelines, and supporting strategic projects to drive organizational growth.
Fresher can apply too. However, a candidate with experience in business research, market intelligence, business development support, or operations within pharmaceutical, healthcare, sourcing, manufacturing, or trading environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and navigate various export/import data platforms to gather market intelligence.
- Perform volume, pricing, competitor, and trend analysis across geographies and product categories.
- Support preparation of business proposals, presentations, and outreach strategies.
- Maintain and update lead tracking systems, CRM databases, and business pipelines.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and coordination between internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
- Develop standard formats, templates, and reports for analysis, tracking, and business reviews.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners for operational and strategic projects.
- Assist in identifying new market opportunities and support business development initiatives.
Preferred Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, International Business, or related fields preferred.
General Skills:
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong Excel capabilities preferred.
- Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and professional approach to stakeholder management.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential business information responsibly.
