Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Web Developer Intern to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for web technologies and a willingness to learn modern development practices. This internship provides hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining websites and web applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement new features.
- Test and debug web applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Support website maintenance, updates, and bug fixes.
- Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for project improvements.
- Learn and apply industry best practices in web development.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Familiarity with PHP, MySQL, React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WordPress, Laravel, CodeIgniter, or other web frameworks.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and database management.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Familiarity with hosting environments and web deployment processes.
