Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Report Writer to join our Background Verification team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive verification reports based on information received from various verification sources, clients, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Background Verification (BGV) reports based on verification findings.
- Review and analyze employment, education, address, identity, and criminal verification results.
- Ensure reports are accurate, concise, and compliant with client requirements.
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with verification teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders for report completion.
- Verify supporting documents and ensure report consistency.
- Update verification status and report findings in the company portal.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate critical findings to the concerned team.
Required Skills:
✔ Excellent written English and report-writing skills.
✔ Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer applications.
✔ Ability to interpret and summarize verification findings accurately.
✔ Good communication and coordination skills.
✔ Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reports.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Background Verification, Data Analysis, Report Writing, or Operations will be preferred.
Preferred Attributes:
