Spoken English Trainer – Teachers' Development Program

Velammal Vidyalaya, Tirupati is looking for an experienced and dynamic Spoken English Trainer to train and enhance the English communication skills of teachers across all grade levels, from Kindergarten to Higher Secondary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Spoken English and Communication Skills training programs for teachers.
- Train staff in English Phonetics, Pronunciation, Intonation, Stress Patterns, and Accent Neutralization.
- Improve classroom communication, presentation skills, and language fluency among teachers.
- Conduct language assessments and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Design and implement teacher development workshops and training modules.
- Monitor training effectiveness and track progress through evaluations and observations.
- Support teachers in adopting effective English communication practices in the classroom.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Certifications in Phonetics, TESOL, CELTA, TEFL, Spoken English Training, or related areas will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Spoken English Training, Teacher Training, Language Coaching, or Communication Skills Development.
Required Skills:
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of English Phonetics and Pronunciation.
- Expertise in Fluency Development, Accent Neutralization, and Public Speaking.
- Strong presentation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to engage and train adult learners effectively.
Location: Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh
Preferred Experience:
- Teacher Training: 5 years (Preferred)
- Spoken English/Communication Skills Training: 3 years (Preferred)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
