Sparkle Digital Solutions is looking for an experienced Team Lead – Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing ERP / CRM web applications with strong expertise in PHP development, Laravel / CodeIgniter frameworks, MVC architecture, MySQL, API integrations, and frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX. Candidates with knowledge of AI technologies and AI-assisted workflows will be preferred.
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing full stack development projects, building scalable backend systems and responsive user interfaces, coordinating with development teams, integrating AI-based features, optimizing application performance, and ensuring timely project delivery. We are looking for someone with excellent leadership, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills who can work in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
