- Monitor the patient’s vital signs and overall condition after surgery.
- Administer prescribed medications, antibiotics, and pain relief safely.
- Provide wound care and change surgical dressings as instructed.
- Observe the surgical site for bleeding, swelling, redness, or signs of infection.
- Assist with mobility, walking, positioning, and prescribed exercises.
- Support proper nutrition, hydration, and bowel and bladder care.
- Manage drains, catheters, and other medical devices when required.
- Maintain proper hygiene and a clean, safe environment to prevent infection.
- Educate the patient and family about medications, wound care, diet, and activity restrictions.
- Record the patient’s progress and promptly report any complications or concerning changes to the doctor.
- Administer prescribed medicines, injections, and treatments on time.
- Check the surgical wound for redness, swelling, discharge, or signs of infection.
- Perform wound dressing and other post-operative procedures as prescribed.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and other personal care needs.
- Help the patient move, walk, and perform prescribed exercises safely.
- Monitor food and fluid intake and support proper nutrition and hydration.
- Manage drains, catheters, or other medical devices as instructed.
- Observe for complications and promptly report any concerning changes to the doctor or family.
- Maintain accurate records of medications, vital signs, wound care, and the patient’s recovery progress.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹44,939.68 per month
