Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Developer – MS Project Developer to manage the development, configuration, enhancement, and integration of Microsoft Project-based Project Management tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting project planning, workflow automation, dashboard reporting, and enabling efficient project governance through digital tools and system enhancements.
Please Note: This role will be on the third-party payroll of Olevea and requires the candidate to work on-site as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and enhance Microsoft Project-based Project Management tools
- Customize and maintain project workflows, schedules, and tracking systems
- Support project planning, task allocation, and milestone tracking
- Implement system integrations with Change Management and Finance/Payment Systems
- Develop functionalities related to:
- WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
- Project Scheduling & Planning
- Budget Planning
- Payment & Penalty Tracking
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, MIS reports, and project performance reports
- Manage user access, configurations, and automation workflows
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth functionality of tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders for system enhancements and process improvements
- Support Agile and Lean project execution practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–7 years of relevant technical development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Project / Project Management Tools
- Experience with system integrations and workflow automation
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power BI
- Good understanding of project lifecycle management
- Knowledge of Agile & Lean methodologies is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT project environments
- Exposure to financial/payment system integrations
- Strong reporting and dashboarding capabilities
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
