Job Description – Pre-Primary Teacher
Location: Mothers Pride School, Indirapuram
Position Summary
Mothers Pride School is looking for a passionate, creative, and nurturing Pre-Primary Teacher who can provide a safe, joyful, and stimulating learning environment for young learners. The ideal candidate will promote the holistic development of children through play-based, experiential, and child-centric learning while fostering curiosity, confidence, and strong foundational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the preschool curriculum.
- Conduct activities including phonics, storytelling, rhymes, music, art & craft, dance, and experiential learning.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.
- Develop foundational literacy, numeracy, and life skills through interactive teaching methods.
- Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and maintain student portfolios.
- Maintain classroom discipline using positive reinforcement and age-appropriate behavior management techniques.
- Ensure the health, safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children.
- Communicate regularly with parents through PTMs, progress reports, and daily updates.
- Organize classroom displays, celebrations, assemblies, and special events.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
- Participate in teacher training, workshops, and school development initiatives.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
