SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE(SR. BDE)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing IT services company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building lasting client relationships. As a Senior BDE, you will play a crucial role in the company’s success by generating leads, closing deals, and contributing to overall business expansion.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT services industry, including IT consulting, software development, cloud solutions, and managed services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and positioning relevant IT service offerings.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and generating leads to negotiating and closing deals.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, technical, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and service offerings.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and bids to clients, ensuring a clear value proposition and addressing client needs.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and sales opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and meeting sales targets.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in the IT services industry and the competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for business development strategies.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s market presence and generate leads.
Work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction of new clients.
Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT services industry.
Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a passion for driving business success.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Knowledge of industry-specific certifications and standards.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
