Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to handle sourcing and procurement for high-end interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in premium materials, vendor networks, and cost optimization while maintaining the highest quality standards expected in luxury projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for luxury residential and commercial interior projects
- Source high-quality materials including marble, veneers, laminates, fabrics, lighting, furniture, and custom finishes
- Identify and develop a strong network of premium vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Negotiate pricing and contracts while maintaining quality benchmarks
- Work closely with designers, architects, and project teams to align procurement with design intent
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules
- Monitor and control procurement budgets to ensure cost efficiency
- Maintain detailed records of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor contracts
- Conduct quality checks to ensure materials meet luxury standards and specifications
- Stay updated with latest material trends and innovations in high-end interiors
Key Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of procurement experience in interior design / architecture / construction industry
- Strong knowledge of premium and luxury interior materials
- Proven experience working on high-end residential or commercial projects
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to handle multiple high-value projects simultaneously
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement systems
Preferred Skills
- Experience in turnkey interior or design & build firms
- Strong network of high-end suppliers and vendors
- Understanding of custom-made furniture and bespoke solutions
- Knowledge of imported materials and luxury brands
