The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing financial advice, and ensuring client satisfaction. They act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Generate, follow up, and close leads for home loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Meet with prospective customers, assist with loan applications, documentation, and guide them through the sanction/disbursal process.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan disbursement.
- Compliance: Ensure all loan applications adhere to company policies and regulatory norms.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate in any discipline from a UGC-recognized university.
- Experience: 1 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in home loans, housing finance, NBFCs, or banking.
- Skills: Excellent communication (local language and English), strong negotiation skills, and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the local real market.
