Job Overview
AL TAZA – Lebanese Kitchen is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Stock Auditor to join our Stock Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting inventory audits across multiple outlets, verifying physical stock with system records, identifying stock variances, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical stock audits at assigned outlets as per the audit schedule.
- Verify physical inventory against the previous day's closing stock in the inventory system.
- Identify shortages, excess stock, and inventory discrepancies.
- Investigate and document reasons for stock variances.
- Coordinate with Outlet Managers and Stock Keepers during audits.
- Guide outlet teams on inventory processes and proper use of inventory software.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Prepare and submit audit reports to the Stock Manager.
Requirements
- Experience in Stock Auditing, Inventory Control, or Stock Management.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles and stock control procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to different outlet locations as per audit requirements.
