The Field Service Engineer (FSE) will be in charge of delivering excellent service support either on site or via phone, email and remote support to end users and channel partners on our core histology, digital pathology and advanced staining products to our academic research, clinical diagnostic customers in North India. FSE is responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of the system with full technical background of the system, use of proper tools and understanding of the standard process.
This position reports to the Regional Service Manager [North-East] and is part of the Service department located in New Delhi and will be an on-site role to cover entire Delhi NCR and North India as per requirement.
In this role, you will have the opportunity :

For Installation, Preventive maintenance, Breakdown Support and all Operation related activity, manage service activities effectively within assigned territory while meeting response-time and productivity targets.

Build strong relationships with laboratory managers, Pathologists, Bio-medical, hospital stakeholders and gather customer feedback and proactively communicate market insights to management.

Commercial and Service growth towards achievement of annual service revenue targets.
The essential requirements of the job include:
-
Degree in Bio-medical engineering, Electronics, IT and experience in Clinical diagnostic or Histopathology product supports.

Good understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and remote support tools.

Good command of written and spoken English and a team player with own initiative who focus on problem solving skills
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Extensive travel =/>50%, Overnight journey within North Region
-
Ability to respond to customer service needs on short notice when required.

Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 120 lb.

Valid driving license preferred.
